In 2020, Netspace partnered again with CFG Bank to produce a fully-3D motion-design capsule walking their customers through the new e-dotation feature - the digital path to activate the annual tourist foreign-currency allowance directly from the bank's app, without visiting a branch.

The challenge
CFG Bank had just rolled out an e-dotation feature inside its app - a regulated, multi-step process that customers historically had to handle in-branch. The bank needed a short, clear asset to land the new digital path with mainstream customers, including first-time mobile-banking users, without falling into a dry tutorial register.
Our solution
We designed and produced a fully-3D motion-design capsule. The CGI treatment let us isolate each step of the e-dotation journey on a clean, brand-aligned stage - UI screens, currency icons, transitions - and string them into a single fluid narrative. The 3D approach also gave the asset a premium feel that lifted CFG Bank's tone of voice above standard explainer-video conventions.
The result
The capsule was deployed in-app, on CFG Bank's social channels and in customer support contexts - giving the e-dotation feature an immediate point of reference for clients with questions, and easing adoption of the new digital path without adding load on the branch network.
