From concept to delivery, Netspace led the promotion of the third phase of Saham Immobilier's Vert Marine development. An illustrated storyboard, an animated TV spot and digital cuts brought the lifestyle of the residence to life - from morning swims to family moments on the green - with a recurring bee motif as a thread between scenes. The phase launched to strong commercial reception.

Saham Immobilier - Vivez la vie en Vert Marine process
The challenge
Saham Immobilier was about to launch the third phase of Vert Marine and needed a creative campaign that would stand out in a crowded Casablanca residential market. The brief asked for an aspirational, family-oriented narrative that captured the everyday life inside the residence rather than just the architecture.
Our solution
We wrote and storyboarded an illustrated narrative around the "Vivez la vie en Vert Marine" slogan, weaving a bee motif through every scene as a friendly brand signature. The production combined hand-drawn frames, motion design and a custom soundtrack into a 60-second TV spot, cut into shorter digital formats for Meta, YouTube and DOOH.
The result
The third phase launched to strong commercial momentum and consistent press pickup. The campaign assets were reused across subsequent Vert Marine drops and reinforced Saham Immobilier's positioning as a premium yet family-oriented developer in the Casablanca market.
